15-Day Return Policy We offer a 15-day return policy. You have 15 days from the date you receive your item to request a return or exchange.

Return Conditions To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

      • The merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged.

      • The item must be in its original condition and packaging.

Damaged or Defective Items If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with your order number and photo evidence of the defect. We will issue a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.

Exchanges We offer exchanges for different sizes of the same product, subject to stock availability.

Refund Process & Timeframe Once we receive and inspect your returned package at our warehouse:

      • Returns and exchanges are processed within 7 business days.

      • Approved refunds are credited back to your original payment method.

      • Please allow 5 to 10 business days for the refund to reflect in your bank account after processing.
